ORDINARY DISTORTION

The collection began with a mistake. A roll of denim was left folded against a wall for three months before it reached the cutting table, and the crease never came out. Instead of steaming it flat, we cut around it.

That decision set the tone for everything that followed. SS26 is not interested in clothing that looks new. It is interested in clothing that looks like it has been somewhere, held a shape, and carried the evidence.

We shot the collection on the last week of the rains. Everything soft went translucent. Everything structured held. The distortion was already there — the camera only had to stop correcting it.
